Which standards do your gabions meet?
Our welded gabions comply with ASTM A975 / EN 10223-8. The wire follows ASTM A641/A856 or EN 10244-2, hot-dip galvanizing follows ISO 1461, and PVC/PE coating follows EN 10245. Third-party inspection reports are available on request.
What coatings and materials are available?
We supply HDG after welding, Galfan (Zn-Al), heavy-zinc, and PVC/PE coating over zinc or Galfan. For inland projects HDG or Galfan works well; for coastal or highly corrosive areas we recommend Galfan plus PVC; for humid environments PVC coating offers extra protection.
What mesh apertures and wire diameters do you supply?
Common mesh sizes are 50×50, 50×100, and 75×75 mm. Panel wire is typically 3.0–5.0 mm, edge wire is 0.5–1.0 mm thicker, and spirals or lacing wire are usually 3.0–3.5 mm; C-rings are available if needed.
What’s the difference between a gabion basket and a Reno mattress?
Welded gabion baskets are rigid with a neat appearance and are used for vertical or near-vertical walls and landscaping. Reno mattresses are flexible, low-profile units (about 0.17–0.30 m high) that follow curves and settlement, making them ideal for riverbanks and revetments.
Can you customize sizes, compartments, and selvedge?
Yes. We can produce sizes from about 0.5–4.0 m in length, 0.5–2.0 m in width, and 0.3–1.0 m in height, with diaphragms every 0.5 or 1 m. Reinforced selvedge, stiffeners, and geotextile lining can be added. Send your BOQ or drawings for a 24-hour quotation.
How are gabions packed and how fast can you deliver?
Products are flat-packed on pallets with accessories boxed and labeled. Stock can ship in 3–7 days, while customized orders typically take 10–20 days depending on coating and volume. We support FOB, CFR, CIF, and DDP shipping, and can consolidate for EPC projects.
