What is a hesco-type barrier made of?
Welded steel mesh panels joined into cells and lined with UV-stabilized PP/PE non-woven geotextile. The units fold for shipping and expand on site.
What coatings are available?
HDG after welding per ISO 1461, Zn-Al (Galfan) per EN 10244-2, and optional PVC/PE over-coating for aggressive or coastal environments.
What mesh apertures and wire diameters do you supply?
Common mesh sizes are 50×50, 50×100, and 75×75 mm. Panel wire is typically 3.0–5.0 mm, edge wire is 0.5–1.0 mm thicker, and spirals or lacing wire are usually 3.0–3.5 mm; C-rings are available if needed.
How are barriers installed?
Expand the folded unit, pin the cells, and fill with sand or stone using a loader. Units can be connected in line and stacked in tiers with top lids if required.
Can the barriers be reused?
Yes. Empty the fill, remove pins, fold the units, and store. Inspect the liner and joints before the next deployment.
What is the typical lead time and packing?
Stock units ship in 3–5 days. Packing is folded and palletized with labels and an installation guide. Accessories include pins, spirals, C-rings, and stiffeners.
