Do you keep stock for common gabion sizes?
Yes. We keep standard gabion baskets and mattresses in stock (common sizes such as 2×1×1 m, 2×1×0.5 m, 3×1×1 m; mesh 60×80 / 80×100 mm; popular wire/coating options). 3–5 day dispatch for stock items.
Which standards do your gabions meet?
ASTM A975 and EN 10223-3 for double-twisted hexagonal gabions and mattresses. Wire & coating can follow ASTM A641/A856, EN 10244-2 (Zn), EN 10245 (PVC/PE) on request.
What coatings and materials are available?
Galfan (Zn–Al), heavy zinc, and PVC/PE coating over galvanized/Galfan wire. We recommend Galfan or PVC for river/coastal or high-humidity projects.
What mesh apertures and wire diameters do you supply?
Typical apertures 60×80, 80×100, 100×120 mm. Core wire usually 2.0–4.0 mm; selvedge wire thicker for edge strength; lacing/spiral wire available.
What’s the difference between a gabion basket and a Reno mattress?
Baskets (height 0.5–1.0 m) for retaining walls/revetments; Reno mattresses (height ~0.17–0.30 m) for slope/riverbed protection. We supply both.
Can you customize sizes, compartments, and selvedge?
Yes. Custom dimensions, 1 m diaphragms, reinforced selvedge, stiffeners, and C-rings/hog rings are available. OEM labels/packing supported.
